II  The undertaking

The whole
of it

Teleiosis — Greek for completion, a bringing to its proper end. The project is exactly that: not selections, not highlights, but the text entire, read aloud and seen, from the first verse to the last.

Each entry covers three chapters. Every frame is generated to the passage being read rather than decorated around it, and the reading is unabridged — genealogies, laws and all.

It will take years. That is the point of beginning now.
